The minutes of the July 16, 2021, meeting was approved by the Board of Equalization. 

Kyle Estes made the motion to approve the minutes for July 16, 2021. The motion was 
seconded  by Pam Long. The motion passes Kyle Estes (Yes), Pam Long (Yes), and Jason 
Massengale  (Absent).

The Board of Equalization met with Assessor Danny Gray, to review the information for the 
property located at 411 West Everwood Way, Nixa, Missouri. The property owner was 
present and asked to withdraw his appeal completely. Assessor Danny Gray stated that he 
did not receive the withdrawal notice until 3:00 p.m. on July 5, 2022.
