                   NOTIFICATION      OF CHANGE      OF CLASSIFICATION 
       I, Claire McCaskill, State Auditor of the State of Missouri,  hereby notify all county 
elected officers of the County  of Christian, Missouri, and those officials charged  with the 
supervision of elections in said county that the County of Christian, Missouri, formerly a county 
of classification three, has attained the status of CLASSIFICATION    TWO effective January 1, 
2003.  In particular, the assessed valuation of the County of Christian, Missouri, has equaled or 
exceeded three  hundred million dollars for 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2001 as certified in the 
final report of the State Tax  Commission of Missouri  dated as December  31  for each of the 
above  years.
