The following proceedings ware had to-wit; ROAD STRIPING PRESENTATION Dennis Depriest President of Metro Polymer Labs, Inc. come before the Commission and presented his products used for striping roads and highways. HOPEDALE JIEIGHTS - BARRIERS A number of Hopadale Heights residents met with cho Commission to discuss their options concerning thi commerical businesses going up around their addition. Steve Horton Ozark City Administrator, was in attendance as was Ozork Special Road District, Bill Xissee. Many of the concerns and questions were answered by Steve Horton on regulations for a 3rd Claus County, regarding barriers associated with residental And comerical areas. ROZELL ENGINEERING CO. - McCALLEY ROAD Wayne Diebold of Rozell Enzineering Company come before the Commission asking permission to crcas MaCalley Road and North Farm Road and the quemtion of if they can cut or need to bore· The Commission indicated the company would have to bare. IAN MARTIN -JAIL NEEDS : Ian Martin head boiler for Christian County, meet with the Commission to discuss numerous items con- I cerning the jail. Some of the items discussed were needm of the intl such as, out of date electrical wiring and equipment, air-conditioning being unreliable, mora tran•porters for the medical needs of I prisioner, safety covors for ceiling lights in the cells. and personnel for 24 hour suicide watch. The Comminsicn gave permission for a metal door to be purchand out of maintance budnet, and re-do an le/MT//I-... -1./. I existing door to creat an area for attornys and their clients. The Commission told Mr. Martin they would do what they could on jail needs, and will get back with him later. ORDINANCE #96-06-28-1 - RIVER ACCESS Eastern Co=insioner. Tom ChudomeIka moved to adopt Ordinance #96-06-28-1. it was aaeonded by Bill Barnett, and approved unanimously by the Comnission. The ordinanco states "The Christian County Coomission hareby resolves that river access at linden Lure. off cnnyon road, he closed after 10:OOP= at night and reopened at B:00am hereafter?. Eastern Road District (Co=nan 1 ) received 6 miles and Western Road District (Common 2 ) received 5 miles. EXIT AUDIT Missouri State Auditors met with the Commisaion for an exit audit nt 10:00am on July 1. 1996. The meeting was closed and public notices were posted June 28. 1996 in the Christian County Courthouse.
