   To: Kristy Keithley, City Clerk, for the City of Clever, Christian County, Missouri.

   The following is the Official Certificate of Election Results of the General Municipal Election
   held on November 6,201 8, in Christian County, Missouri, and certified on November 9, 2018.

           I, Kay Brown, Christian County Clerk, do hereby certify the election returns for the City
   of Clever, Christian County, Missouri.

   Shall the City of Clever, Missouri continue applying and collection the local use tax at the same
  rate as the total local sales tax rate, currently at a rate of one and eight hundred seventy-five
  thousandth percent (1.875%), provided that if the local sales tax is repealed, reduce or raised by
  voter approval, the local use tax shall also be repealed, reduced or raised by the same action?
  This is not an increase to the current local retail sales tax rate. This proposal will also eliminate
  the current sales tax advantage that non-Missouri vendors have over Missouri vendors.
