Dear Caring Citizen,

We are in process of scheduling Election Judges for the November 3,2020 Election. Fortunately, there
have been many citizens that have requested to serve as judges for this election.

For those that have served in the past as Election Judges they are chosen first. However, due to COVID
many judges have declined to work this election due to health reasons. For this reason, we need more
citizens to participate as workers in this election in Christian County.

We always have at least 20 alternates that are ready Tuesday morning should we have an election judge
that is sick and cannot work that day. We also need help with wiping down pens, tables and
administering sanitizer. It is anticipated this election will break all records for voting.

If you did not receive a list of Election Judges with the name of the polling location you will be serving
at, don't dismay. We maybe calling you to work the polls in the days ahead as the Election Judges call in
to confirm if they will be working on Election Day. -

I am so grateful that you volunteered to help on Election Day. After these big elections, many of my
senior judges will often retire, leaving an opening to be filled. My request is to be ready Tuesday
November 3,2020 at 5:00 if we have to call on you to serve at the last minute.
