on August 7, 2018, in Christian County, Missouri, and certified on August 10'h, 2018.

I, Kay Brown, Christian County Clerk, do hereby certify the election returns for the City of
Billings, Christian County, Missouri.

                                         CITY OF BILLINGS

                                             QUESTION 1

Shall the City of Billings stop applying and collecting the local sales tax on the titling ofmotor
vehicles, trailers, boats and outboard motors that were purchased from a source other than a
licensed Missouri Dealer?

Approval ofthis measure will result in a reduction of local revenue to provide for vital services
for the City of Billings and it will place Missouri dealers ofmotor vehicles, outboard motors,
boats and trailers at a competitive disadvantage to non-Missouri dealers of motor vehicles,
outboard motors, boats and trailers.

                             74 YES VOTES                 132 NO VOTES

                                             QUESTION 2

Shall the City of Billings impose a local use tax at the same rate as the total local sales rate,
currently One and One-Half Percent (1.5%) provided that ifthe local sales tax rate is reduced or
raised by voter approval, the local use tax rate shall also be reduced or raised by the same action?
A use tax return shall not be required to be filed by persons whose purchases from out-of-state
vendors do not in total exceed two thousand dollars in any calendar year.
