            We accepted your filing in error for Associate Division II Judge as an Independent
            Candidate. I contacted the Secretary of State Office and the following are established
            political parties in the State of Missouri: Democratic, Republican, Libertarian and the
            Constitution Parties. The Declaration of Candidacy that was filed in my office is invalid
            because no filing fee was paid per Missouri Revised Statute 118.357.7. The Secretary of
            State website has information if you would like to run as an Independent candidate for
            judge in November.
