              and orders the following: (1.) Plaintiffis permitted to withdraw his candidacy for Committeeman

              for the Republican Party Riverside Township for Christian County; and (2.) Defendant, in her

              official capacity only, is to remove Plaintiff' s name from the ballot for the primary election on

              August 5,2014.
