                              NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF CLASSIFICATION

                I, Susan Montee, State Auditor of the State of Missouri, hereby notify all county elected

       officers of the County of Christian, Missouri, and those officials charged with the supervision of

       elections in said county that the County of Christian, Missouri, will remain a county of

       CLASSIFICATION TWO, and has not attained the status of classification one as previously

       notified on September 8,2009. In particular, the assessed valuation of the County of Christian,

       Missouri, has not equaled or exceeded nine hundred million dollars for five years as certified in

       the final report of the State Tax Commission of Missouri dated as December 31 for the previous

       five years.
