Board's Appraised and Assessed Values: $ 1,762,500/$ 564,000. The Board of Equalization met with Assessor Danny Gray, to review the information for the property located at 501 West Mt. Vernon Street, Nixa, Missouri. The property owners were not present for the meeting but provided documentation that was presented to the Board of Equalization. After discussion, the Board affirmed the property assessment given by the Assessor. MOTION/VOTE: Retain the Real Estate Assessed Valuation for CVS Kyle Estes made the motion to retain the assessed value of $ 564,000. The motion was seconded by Pam Long.
