                       MEETING OF THE CHRISTIAN COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALZATION

           10:00 a.m. Call to Order: by Secretary, County Clerk, Kay Brown

           County Clerk /Secretary to the Board Kay Brown swore in: Kyle Estes, Pam Long, and Jason
           Massengale to serve as voting members of the 2021 Christian County Board of Equalization.
           Assessor Danny Gray was sworn in as a non-voting member.

           Attendees: Secretary to the Board, County Clerk Kay Brown (non-voting), Assessor Danny Gray
           (non-voting), Pam Long, Kyle Estes, Jason Massengale, Jeremy Burns, Mark Stephens, and

           Michelle Miller.

           MOTION/VOTE: Appoint the Chairman of the Board of Equalization

           Kyle Estes made the motion to appoint Jason Massengale to serve as Chairman of the 2021
           Board of Equalization. The motion was seconded by Pam Long. The motion passed: Kyle Estes
           (Yes), Pam Long (Yes), and Jason Massengale (Yes).

           MOTION/VOTE: July 29,2020, Minutes Approved
           The minutes of July 29,2020, were read and approved by the Board of Equalization.

           Kyle Estes made the motion to approve the minutes for July 29,2020. The motion was
           seconded by Jason Massengale. The motion passed: Kyle Estes (Yes), Pam Long (Yes), and Jason
           Massengale (Yes).

           The Board of Equalization met with Assessor Danny Gray, to review the information for the

           property located at 1800 West Marler Lane, Ozark, Missouri. The property owners withdrew

their request to appear before the Board of Equalization. After discussion, the Board affirmed
the property assessment given by the Assessor.

MOTION/VOTE: Retain the Real Estate Assessed Valuation for Lowes Home Centers, LLC

Kyle Estes made the motion to retain the assessed value of $ 2,162,210. The motion was
seconded by Jason Massengale. The motion passed: Kyle Estes (Yes), Pam Long (Yes), and Jason
Massengale (Yes).

The Board of Equalization met with Assessor Danny Gray, to review the information for the
property located at 6805 W. Veterans, Clever, Missouri. The property owners did not attend the
meeting but sent a packet for the Board to review. After discussion, the board affirmed the
property assessment given by the Assessor.

MOTION/VOTE: Retain the Real Estate Assessed Valuation for Karen K. Murfin LLCC

Kyle Estes made the motion to retain the assessed value of $ 401,060. The motion was
seconded by Jason Massengale. The motion passed: Kyle Estes (Yes), Pam Long (Yes), and Jason
Massengale (Yes).

            The Board of Equalization met with Assessor Danny Gray concerning the assessed value for B &
             B Movie Theaters, LLC. The Assessor said he previously met with the owners of the B&B
            Theaters, and after review, decreased the assessed valuation of the property. After much
            discussion, the Board voted unanimously to decrease the assessed value from $ 1,840,064 to
            $1,427,417, as presented by Assessor Gray.

            11:10 a.m. MOTION/VOTE: Retain the Real Estate Assessed Valuation

            Pam Long made the motion to decrease the assessed value from $ 1,840,064,170 to
            $ 1,427,417. The motion was seconded by Jason Massengale. The motion passed: Kyle Estes
            (Yes), Pam Long (Yes), and Jason Massengale (Yes).
