                        RE: RECYCLING CENTER

        Be it agreed that the City of Ozark in exchange for all revenue generated by the Recycling
       Center will be responsible:

        1. Furnish a supervisor during all hours ofoperation.

        2. The transportation and sale of all recyclables collected.

        3. Workman's Compensation and liability insurance on city employees working at the site.

        4. City will mow the grass.

        Christian County will be responsible for:

        1. Equipment used to collect, sort, bale and move recyclables collected at the site.

        2. Water, heat, electricity and portable toilet for the operation ofthe site.
